Scope	This specification specifies requirements and dimensions of polyethylene/PVC insulated cables.These cables are suitable for operation at voltage up to and include 300V r.m.s core to earth and 500 V r.m.s core to core.
Category of cable	Polyethylene /PVC insulated, PE/PVC bedded, single wire Armored and PVC sheathed.
Conductor	Conductor is plain annealed copper wire.
Insulation	Polyethylene/PVC.
Pairs	Two insulated conductors are twisted together to form one pair.
Pair Screening	When individual pair screening is required, each pair is laminated with Screening tape, applied with the metallic side down in electrical contact With one drain wire.
Assembling	The required number of pairs shall be assembled together.
Collective screened	All pairs of the cables are laminated with screening tape (Aluminium Foil) And drain wire.
Bedding	Extruded black Polyethylene / PVC.
Armoring	Single layer of galvanized steel wires.
Sheathing	Extruded black PVC.
